Tier 2 ICT LT Visa to Gendral, UK visa Not used

HI,

I got my UK Tier 2 ICT Long Term Visa on 24/07/2013, However I traveled to Jersey Channel Island and working on Jersey work Permit from Aug 2013 and still working,

Visa Valid from 24/07/13 to 22/08/16

Do I eligible to get UK Tier 2 General Visa by Cancelling the existing one or Transfer?

You can only switch to T2G if you're changing employer/sponsor.
