Family Visit Visa

Hi

I want to sponsor a family visit visa for my sister . I applied last year but it was declined. Last year i showed income for my sister.

WOuld it be ok this time if i dont show income for my sister. Will i have to attach any evidence stating that she is not working now.

Also when i sponsor her, if she shows the below documents from her side would that suffice

- Property deed in her name
- Bank statement for 3 months

would she need to attach documents or bank statements of my brother in law.
