TIER 2 APPLICATION FROM INDIA

Hi,

My TIER 2 visa was refused when i was in the UK. I have no right to appeal as I have overstayed for more than 28 days. So i voluntarily came back to india. My question is can i apply from india or do I face a ban(no entry clearance) of 1 month or 3 months or 12 months?

If the reason for the tier 2 refusal was due to overstaying then you will be subject to a one year ban from the date you left the UK.
