Personal Independence Payment(PIP) AND UK Spouse Visa

Hi
IM British living in UK with 3 British kids.
i am going to apply spouse visa for my husband.
As i will be accepted for Personal Independence Payment ( PIP ) very soon.
Could some moderator guide me please. i got some questions in my mind.

1.After receiving PIP how many weeks slips i need?
Also at moment i am paying 350 rent P/M.
Could you please guide me after going on PIP hows things will be going to work?
what kind of benefits i can get?
also please can somebody calculate Adequate maintenance for me sorry im really new to this.
Also is there any savings that we can show and get this visa if we don't meet Adequate maintenance requirement.
