Restricted Tier 2 Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS)

Hello everyone,

My Tier 2 visa was refused because I did not score 10 points in my maintenance funds.
I will be applying for Tier 2 application again. The company would like to know, if they can get another restricted CoS on the same candidate?
Does this mean that the company needs to do a RLMT again? They advertised for this role in October 2014. (In my opinion i don't think so, as the RLMT is valid for 6 months) but I'm not sure.

Yes, they can use the same RLMT if its before 6 months.

Additionally, the company can tick a box to say it certifies the maintenance for you.

Yes, I will speak to them if they can tick a box to say it certifies the maintenance for me - that would help me a lot
