ILR dependent wife and baby

Post by Thanksgiving » Tue Jan 27, 2015 8:22 am

I have got my dependent wife in the UK (from may 2011) and we have a baby born in aug 2014.

I can apply for ILR in a couple of weeks time but I don't have enough money for the ilr for my dependents too.
In this regard,I am looking for any other alternative measures for my dependents.

Can they continue to remain in their current dependent visa or should they also convert to ILR ?
(current visa is valid until 2016)
