uk spouse visa financial requirement

Hi I would like advise please.

I have known my boyfriend over 4 years and he is from fiji. I have been going back and forth to fiji over those 4 years to be with him. We want to get married and my yearly wage is 21000 before tax is deducted. However what is required to prove your income just your p60 of your yearly amount. I also have my own property. Does this put us in a good situation for a visa to be accepted.
