spouse visa requirements

Hello I was wondering if anyone can give me some advice.

I have known my boyfriend for over 4 years and have decided we would now like to settle down together and get married and move to uk where im from. I work as cabin crew and have roughly a wage of 21,000 a year before tax is deducted is this enough? This is what it will state on my P60. J also own my own flat here in uk. We have never lived together permanently before as I have to return to work but make visits as much as possible. Do you think if I made an application for spouse visa when im married I will stand a chance getting it approved. Or if anyone has any suggestions that could help it be greatly appreciated.

thanks for ur reply. My only worry is proving the relationshipas fiji is such a long way. I have lots of ppassport stamps and would marriage photos be enough? Or do they require more.

You would also need to provide proof of ongoing contact when you are apart.

You will need to show that you have met, and that you are in a genuine relationship.

Genuine relationship can be attested by any means. it is not purely based on cohabitation.

All the factors of your personal circumstances, like the nature of your work will be taken into considering in determining whether or not , on a balance of probabilities, you are in a genuine relationship.
