Post by scher » Tue Feb 10, 2015 7:29 pm

Hi ..I did come to uk on Sep 2009 for my masters and finished my masters. So got my post work visa from APR 2012 to APR 2014. But I have got job as a software developer on permanent contract basis from NHS and they sponsored me TIER 2 General visa .So I applied to tier 2 general visa and I got it from APR 2014 TO APR 2017 and current pay is 23,000£ p/A. Then after I would like to extend my visa for one more time.I f I do apply for my tier 2 general visa again on APR 2017..How long they would extend my visa ???? and also can someone else suggest me that am I eligible for ILR after my second extension ie from APR 2017 to APR 2019?????
Thanks in advance....
