what is limit for absenses on spouse visa

how many days are disregarded in regards to spouse visa when you aplly for indefinite leave ?

ive made a serch and looked through thing and have not found any credible information that absenses cannot be more than 90 days ? accept estimation of people using information for natrualisation and have see no solid proof , so can anyone tell me where i can find it on the BIA website? as i have had a search and not found anything.

2) in reagrds to ILA application i cannot see any thing on the following form which i presume is correct for spouse visa application
