Visa Issue Date or Travel Date counted for ILR ?

Hi,

Need to confirm if the initial Tier 1 visa Issue date is counted for ILR or The date I entered UK is considered for ILR.

Please see below my Timeline.

TIER 1 VISA ISSUED IN INDIA
VISA ISSUE DATE: 14-APRIL-2010 VALID UNTIL: 14-APRIL-2013
TRAVEL TO UK: 02-MAY 2010
APPLIED AT CROYDON PEO ON 15 MARCH 2013
EXTENSION GRANTED FROM: 16-MARCH-2013 ; VALID UNTIL: 14-APRIL-2015
PLANNING TO APPLY for ILR on : 23-MARCH-2015
