Birmingham OCI passport posting help please

Hi,

I have a need to travel and have to book flights. I checked the forums and found that Birmingham takes approximately 2 weeks for posting the OCI booklet back after sending them the British passport. Please can those who have been through this comment on the timelines ? Have there been longer delays ? I am trying to find a safe bet to book my flight.

I posted mine last Monday, reached CGI Birmingham on Tuesday. Today I received them back.

I would suggest you post them asap and wait until you get them back before booking flights.
