i gave a call to HO helpline number for both my questions.
The lady other side said it would be fine with the name, but asked me to write a cover letter saying what happened by mistake and notify it to the personnel at the centre.
Regarding my appointment which is after my Visa expiry, she said ideally I must have booked an appointment in advance, but said it must be fine and should inform the situation at the premium centre. She also mentioned, I must not be working until the decision is made on my Tier 2 visa.
