Eligibility for Long Term Visa_Kindly clarify

Hello Dear Experts,
I have joined a company in June - 2014. I had travelled to UK on Skill transfer visa for 2 months from Oct to Nov -2014 and left UK on 30th November 2014.

Am I eligible for long term visa

(1) After June - 2015(considering the fact that i spent 12 months in the current company? or

(2) After Nov - 2015(considering i left UK in November -2014)?

you can apply for T2 ICT LTS entry clearance after 12 month employment with the company, i.e. June 15. See immigration rule 245GB(e)

by reference to the immigration rules (link above) NO - you can only apply for T2 ICT STS entry clearance after you have been out of the UK for 12 months (cooling off)
