Hi,
1. I have been selected for one of the leading IT companies and i am about to be sponsored. I am still pursuing my POSTGRADUATE and am i eligible to accept the offer from the company. If yes

2. Is there gonna be any problem at UKBA office if i apply for the Tier 2 with my UNDERGRADUATE degree that I have done in my Home country.

As long as your Sponsor is employing you through the RLMT route then it will not be an issue.
There are recruitment schemes that some of the big corporates do that meet the RLMT rules that are slightly different to the usual RLMT.
Suggest you confirm with their HR team, I am sure they will be able to confirm all will be fine.
