I have a question related to Tier 2 visa. Currently I am working on tier 2 visa and is planning to switch to new job. I already got my CoS number from my new employer.
(1) When should I inform my current employer ( after or before getting visa from)
(2) My next concern is, the start date in my CoS is 25th April 2015 and according to my current contract I need to give 3 months notice ended on 30th June 2015. If I get my new visa on 10th April 2015, can I work for my existing employer till 30th June 2015.
(3) Is there any possibility for my new employer to exceed the starting date after issuing CoS number.

Generally it is safe to inform your current employer once your switching is done and then negotiate your notice period. Also you cannot work in your current job beyond the start date mentioned in the new Tier 2 BRP, so plan accordingly.
