Tier 2 ICT -Cooling off Period Removal

Hi All,
I found a good article regarding impact of Tier 2 ICT- Cooling off period.

From April 2016, Those who entered the UK after April 2011 under Tier 2 (ICT) will have to return overseas after five years and will not be able to come back to the UK under Tier 2 for 12 months unless they earn in excess of £153,500. This has the potential to affect a large number of companies within the financial sector which may find themselves in a position where business-critical, experienced staff are required to leave the UK.

Hence it is evident that multinational companies in UK will pressurize the government to remove this cooling off period for Tier 2 ICT Category, since it doesn't qualify for ILR.

But since the General Elections are in May 2015, hence these changes will happen only after Election......
