hi everyone,

im a 28 years old overstayer student visitor, i came to UK since 2012, my partner is a 30 years old girl British citizen, we are expecting our new born baby within 4 months, i have submitted my FLR(O) application more than a wekk, i have asked the home office to give me right to work as im not allowed, i havent heard from them yet, please if any can tell when they will answer me, and whats my chance to get permit of work and be legal to look after my family ??

You would stand a better chance with a FLR(FP) application once your baby is born. You're unlikely to get a quick response regarding your FLR(O) application. Even straightforward applications take several months to process. How long have you been here illegally?
