Tier 4 Dependent Visa Refusal

Hello,
I am tier4 general student. I applied for my wife in December, 2014. After 3 weeks she got refusal letter because we have not provide communication since marriage. ECO refused my wife visa because of subsisting relationship. Again I applied for 2nd time for my wife. she refused again because of following reasons
1) I did not address the ECO concern of my first refusal
2) neither satisfied marriage took place nor subsisting relationship;

I provided lot of communication, email, viber, phone call list history everything. ECO wrote we have not got any communication since marriage. I will go for appeal. Can anyone help me for appeal process.
