eea resident card

if someone got eea resident card on behalf of eea family member before he was asylum seeker but his intial asylum was refused he withdraw his case from court after he got eea resident card for family member of eea citizen so can he visit his parents in his home country with eea2 resident card and while coming back will he face any problem
