Hi, I need help. My wife applied for eea2 application since nov 2014 until now she dis not receive her visa. We needed to go back to the Philippines for our church wedding which resulted for us to request for her passport back. We were given a letter together with the passport stating "returning passport to enable you to travel, decision of residence permit will be made only when you come back and return of your passport in the UK". However, we are also given advice that it is still under the discretion of the UKBorder if she will be allowed entry. How will it be possible for her to go back with me when she doesn't have her visa? I don't think Stupid would even allow it. Please help. We were calling the immigration number but no answer.
