Help: ILR Long residence dependent query

HI
I am on tier 1 general visa since 2010 and visa expires January 2016. I am eligible to apply for 10 year long residence in August 2015 (I came to UK in September 2005)
I have a wife came to UK on PSW dependent in 2010 (but out of the country for almost 19 months) Son who came to UK in August 2012 and another son born in UK in October 2014.

can you please advise me what my options are.

Is my wife eligible for ILR?
How about my son as he came after July 2012
Options for my second son who is born here.
