ILR for Tier 2 ICT - Came before April'2011

I came to UK in Mar'2011 on Tier ICT Sponsored VISA.

My VISA has been extending every year till now as given below:

Due to policy restrictions of my sponsor they have to the extension every year.

First VISA stampped:

Mar'2011 till Aug'2011
Aug'2011 till Sept'2012
Sept'2012 till Sept'2013
Sept'2013 till Sept'2014
Sept'2014 till Jul'2015.

and again my sponsor is going with and extension for one more year.

My queries:
1. Will I be eligible for ILR if I continue on the same Tier 2 ICT and stay till 5 years?
2. If I am not eligible for ILR than am I eligible for unlimited VISA extensions?
3. If I am eligible for unlimited visa extension are there any restriction on salary the sponsor need to pay? How many years I need to stay for getting an ILR if I am eligible?
4. If I am not eligible for ILR after completing 5 years on Tier 2 ICT; than what are other ways to make my self eligible for ILR?
5. If I change my VISA status from Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 General will I be eligible for ILR? If yes than will my stay from Mar'2011 be calculated or added for getting ILR along with the period I am on Tier 2 general?

I think you can continue extending your visa as you came before April 2011, but can't apply for ILR through 5 years route as you came after April, 2010.
