Hi Guys,

This board is great source of info with great advisors.

I have recently divorced and he is still on my Tier1 dependent visa. Do I need to let HO know about my divorce , as Im no longer his sponsorship. Can you please let me know how can I withdraw sponsorship. Please Advice.

Hi Ric

Please look out for inputs from experienced members.

I would say yes, you definitely have to inform HO; and dependant is no longer eligible to remain in the country with you as the primary applicant.
