Can someone please help me with my query.My wife applied for the spouse visa along with 2 children from her previous marriage. She appealed against the decision and on the review the original decision was overturned.She is still waiting to get the call in letter to submit the passport.My question is will they ask her to submit the children passports as well. Individual application was submitted for each child.In the refusal letter the mother got full right of appeal but the children were given limited right of appeal.
