Tier 1 (General) to ILR - Dependent Visa

Hi
I recently got ILR after completing 5 years in Tier 1(General) category. My wife is in "Tier 1(General) Dependent" visa which will expire on 30 Apr 2015. Can she apply in FLR(M) category? She has only spent 7 months in Tier 1 (General) Dependent category.

Just a quick question , for Tier 1 to ILR , is there any income threshold need to meet like Tier 1 extention or not?
