hi people i hope some one can help i will be flying abroad and i need to fill out VAF4A-Appendix2 behalf off my spouse. my main permanent job is non salaried and iv two part time jobs how do i fill form out, my main job iv been with company for 8 months earning 8600 and adding the part time jobs it adds upto 10.130. how do i show this form i will be applying cat A hpe someone can give me advice thank you
