badmaash, you should understand that when you post a lot of different questions, your chances of getting meaningful advice diminish almost to zero.

Firstly, some people will give incorrect advice based on incomplete information. And secondly, others will just get tired of seeing the same person ask different things.

ok jaj thank for the advice

so my questions are the following guys

(1) is pregnancy a valid excuse for being out of the country for ILR ?

(2) if parents or a parent of applicant are sick and they are out of the country what proof is required ?

is a gp letter enough ?

(3) this my most important question as i am unable to work due to sicknessand i do have savings and will be claiming benefits for myself and my child who has ROB , so how much savings will i need to show and does anyone know the guidelines please ?

(4) before we went to my wifes home country we spent 4 months in north africa on a course i have no documents in regards to that but i am able to ask the center to post me a letter confirming i was there will that be enough ?

You need a lawyer.
