entry clearence applicatio n

dear friends,
i have made an application with VFS chennai, on 24 aug, and keeping my fingers crossed. i have given my employers experience certificate given and expecting the verification agency to call the employer for verification of my previous employment. but yes, my employer is prepared to give a confirmation as that he has issued the experience certificate. but i am not sure what sort of questions they will pose to my previous employer.
any ideas abt the probable questions?
i have a work permit from an uk co and that wp is issued from uk.
pls keep me posted, when will the verification agency call my employer.
