ICT Visa Switching for new Job with new COS from new employ

Hi All,

I need your assistance and answer regarding ICT Visa for below situation

What's the objective?

Need to switch to new Job with new cos from new employer either from UK/India before or after ICT Visa Expiry


Current Situation

1st Time UK Entry/Exit & Visa Type: - Sep 12 - Sep13 & Tier 2 ICT Short Term
2nd Time UK Entry/Exit & Visa Type: - Nov15 till No 16 & Tier 2 ICT Short Term



Let me briefly narrate this to you.

I hope you must be aware that most of Indian IT Company seconds employee here for just one year and again we need to wait for 1 more year in India as cooling period before employer can process same category of visa.
