what chance to get HSMP

My friend is planing to apply for an HSMP. I will appreciate if anyone can look at this case and say there is a chance for success

Nationality : Indian
Ed.Qaul : BSc (Nursing)
Past eraning : INR 72,000 / year
Age : 23
IELTS : good score.

No UK experience and looking for job in UK as a nurse.
