Hi
I currently stay in UK on Tier 2 ICT short term staff migrant Visa and visa ends by may 23rd 2015 .I have only 15 days visa in uk and this is my visit to uk ,i have arrived into uk in july 2.
Please let me know if i can
1)switch company with in UK if any company is ready to offer a job here(If yes on which visa new company need to sponsor)
2)Can i come back to UK after going to india imediately (If a company is ready to provide a job in UK )
3)Can i switch to new company in uk after serving cooling off period(i heard there are changes to cooling off period to 3 months)
4)If i need to come back immediately to uk to work with new company (if they have a office in UK and i can change to it in india ) and can i come on business visa and that will not effect my cooling period so that i can switch to new company directly in uk after completing cooling off period

As per the UKBA rules, business visa is ONLY for customer meetings and should not work.

Thanks a lot for the detailed answers
I have few more doubts
1)currently i work in UK for a company 'X ' as a staff migrant which has office in India , can the same company recruit me as a UK employee on long term VISA(or any visa) , if yes can i switch to any company during or after the visa(will the cooling period apply again)
2)My client requires is I need to work in uk for them whether i work from my same currency company(client can manage with my company to get me back if there is any option from my current company ) on long term basis or i work with client directly .

as per my opinion, the following is applicable, but let others confirm as well.
the current company can sponsor u for a long term visa if you are paid over 41600. u will however not be allowed to change visa type or company and will never be eligible for indefinite leave to remain.

Just to add, you cannot switch to ICT long term from within UK. You will have to go back and apply from home country. Apart from ICT long term visa, for any other Tier 2 visa category, you need to wait for the cool-off period of 12 months.
