Flr(o) to use as a parent of DL

Hi im applyling for an extention on my DL. Do i use the flr(o) or flr(p)?. Im worried that i wont be granted a visa since my 3 yr old son stays with the dad and they are both british but i have a court order to visitation rights. Also i had lost my job and currently living in a hostel so ive also applied for a fee waiver for my application.
