Visit visa application Withdrawal & Refund

Hi All,

Can someone advise if we withdraw application couple of days prior to the appointment , than can we claim FULL refund.
I can see there is an option under VIEW PAYMENT to claim refund but not sure if refund will be 100% back. Also its asking to provide a reason? does the refund depends only on a genuine reason? or everyone is eligible for a refund as long as its been claimed prior to the appointment?

Can someone share their experience?
