Skill transfer to ICT Long term

Hi all,

Can you please help me with the below issue.

I working for UK company which is started in India before 6months, I have asked for the ICT they are to send me UK after the 1year completion but i wanted to go as early as possible. can you guys tell me is it ok if i go with the Skill transfer now and after 6 months can i change the skill transfer to ICT long term? is this possible or not?
