AN Application delivery Adress confusion

hi All,

I have a question on the delivery address for the AN Application, the form says the address

Department 1
UKVI
The Capital
New Hall Place
Liverpool
L3 9PP

However the website link says address is

Department 1
UK Visas and Immigration
PO BOX 306
Liverpool
L2 0QN

Confused which one is correct , the issue is i have applied through NCS and they gave me the tracking number and asked to use the postcode L3 9PP however when i checked that post code is not valid for that tracking number and it showed me delivered when i put L2 0QN. So wondering is it send to wrong address or wrong post code given ?

Appreciate answer from people you checked their tracking online and what post code they used ?

I called the council and they mention that the updated address is now L2 0QN and i was provided old sample sheet with old address
I also called HO and they confirmed that L2 0QN is the PO.BOX address and it will eventually land on L3 9PP
