General Employment Visa

Post by milkyway2013 » Thu May 14, 2015 6:41 pm

Good afternoon,

I have looked the old topics to see if I could find something relevant but nothing towards my case. I have just finished, but won't graduate until the Autumn/ Winter, however I got a job in a multinational company as a customer service attendant, specific product knowledge and a language outside the EU/ EEA, the wages are of €27k a year.
My question is, even before graduation could I apply for a work permit at this moment? Should I look for an immigration solicitor or talk to HR to apply for it?
I've read recent changes in the law and I think I probably would fit in there, based on this website http://www.djei.ie/labour/workpermits/generalep.htm
What do you think?
Thanks in advance
