Hello all,
i am desperarely in need of your advise. I moved to uk in 2010 as a visitor, my partner is a british citizen. I got pregnant and had a baby in 2011, after which i applied to legalise my stay. I got married in 2012 and was granted 2.5yrs as partner of brisiitsh citizen. Things took turn for the worse as my partner staarted misbehaving, he was getting too possessive and also rain verbal swear and curse words at me and also treathend to make me disapppear. I ended up walking out of the relationship in december 2013 with my daugher. I work full time and planned to start my life afresh by renting a place of my own. Unfortunately my daughter was diagnosed with cancer willms tumor and ended up in hospital. I stay at afriends and pay her 300 as rent. The rooom is not conducive but ii had no choice. My daughter had a relappse again in 2015 january and is undergoing treatment. We have no access to public fund hencewas left with no choice than to risk joggling work and caring for my sick child. I pay various unregistered minder to look after her while i go to work. I earn 1300 monthly and live in london. I also get sick notes from gp to ggive to my work place which they are now questioming as they feel it was my 3yrs old daughter that is sick not me.
i applied for a renewal of my resident card in march 0
2015 and notified home office that i am now seperated from my partner since dec 2013. I also gave evidence of my daughters diagnosis and letters from nurses and doctors to support my application with the hope that will be granted a leave and able to access punlic fund as we are struggling a lot.
Home office grranted me 2.5yrs as a parent of a british citizen and stated that i would have to renew 3times b4 indefinate leave can be granted. Unfortunately the wrote no recourse to public fund!
Please kindly advise on what to do as it is having huge effect on my daughrer who goes for treatmetn every jhree weeks and we always end up in hospital admission. In betwen due to the nature of our present accomodation. Its a small converted two bedroom flat with another family- a man awife and two kids.
i am planning to send the card baack to home office to appeal for the nrpf to be waived but i dont know how to go about it. Pls and suggestion will be appreciated.
Thank you
