I had a police caution I was detained can I apply for citize

I do not recall the exact date but it was 2008 I got arrested detained for 22 hours for violence nothing serious it was argument with my older sister and she cried and called the police i had to admit guilt so I get released, I'm trying to apply for citizenship do i need to include that and I do not have the exact dates of the incident and I was 17 at the time I never got in trouble with police ever since or before that was my only incident I went to university got my degree after that I been working for the the past 5 years paying tax I don;t know what to do should i include that incident I have no memory of in my application? if so how can i get details of it I lost the paper... what should I do? can someone please guide me
