ILR earning Query

MY company awarded me bonus for the whole year (yearly bonus-4000 pounds ), will that count towards my earning .

yes it is considered. as bonus is taxable.

I have never got any bonus but example could be a bonus slip (like you get a pay slip .. something similar) and a bank statement ...

I think the bonus amount will be added to the recent salary and the payslip will have both salary and bonus in it (tax will deducted on the whole amount).

As long as the bonus is appearing in the pay slips and the tax is paid, you are good to go.
Usually company provide a letter as well for bonus, but that is optional as long as the above both requirements are matched you can include the bonus in income.
