Applying for Family Visit visa

Hi Am looking for an advise/opinion on the y current circumstances:

I have sponsored family visit to my Father-In-Law and Mother-In-Law and visa is granted and they are travelling to UK for 4 weeks (5th July return to INDIA).
Also now i wanted to apply for my parents family visit visa? am not sure if i can apply for them whilst my In-laws are in UK or should I wait until them to return to India and then apply for parents? My parents has planed to visit/travel mid- July.

Am little confused/concerned on the above situation, (though am capable to accommodate and bear all the expenses.)

It's just a Standard Visitor visa now, family visas have been deprecated. I don't believe you will have an issue applying for your parents whilst your in-laws are in the UK, especially as their visits will not overlap.
