New Tier 2 Rules coming

Post by alimista15 » Wed Jun 10, 2015 9:14 pm

With today's speech, i think new rules are coming to Tier 2 visa, I still need 2 years and 10 months before I could apply for ILR,

and my NEXT extension is due next year in July. By reading this news,

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-33082737

I think I should extend my visa now, even though I am software engineer (not in video industry & not on short occupation list) but salary is more then 30k, I have concerns that they will make Tier 2 extending very difficult.

Please advise, is it better for me to extend my visa now or if it is even possible ? and is it a good decision if possible ?

Thanks i am very stressed :(
