flr m income similar employer

hello all

i have a quick question and i really appreciate if someone can help me out.

me and husband have a bit of short fall in terms of showing 18600 yearly requirement. my income is around 15000 yearly but husband just started job in may. my question is that can my husband change is employer or do we have to show his 6 month income from the same employer to make up the short fall. can the income counts if its from different employers in six months?

please help
