if there is a person born to a uk national abroad and he is given right of abode then it is clear that if has a child in the uk he can pass this to his child

but just say he had a child outside the uk what would the procedure be then ?

Hi
You know, it's going to be hard to give sensible advice on this, because you are asking us (I think) to speculate on immigration rules twenty years or more into the future. I guess if it's an issu at that time, the RoA person could decide to have the child here. They might not even be bothered about UK status!
The Refused are coming day-by-day nearer to freedom.
