FLR (M) name mispelled on payslip

Post by zgokool » Mon Jun 15, 2015 2:12 pm

Hi there, I will be applying for FLR(M) soon and a bit confused on section 7.3A.
Both sponsor and myself are eligible for the financial requirement.
sponsor's income is £27500.04 . my income is £24304 all before tax.
no problem on sponsor's pay slips or to get letter from employer to confirm pay and work.

I have my first name misspelled on my payslip and never thought it would be an issue. my p60 was corrected and I was sent a substitute copy through email. I requested the change on the payslip as well but the accountant has sent me online pdf copies.

my question is, Its easier to show only my sponsor's pay slips/contract of employment and for her to meet the financial requirement. However the 7.3A form is confusing as it states YOU and YOUR SPONSOR .
If I am filling that:
(i) I am employed
(ii) job title
(iii) employed continuously for 6 months (YES)
(v) date I started JOB
(vi) type of employment - permanent
(ix) ni number
(xiv) my income £24304

would I need to fill all the above or just omit them? or provide the original wrong payslips with a letter from the employer with the correct one signed?
