Can i work while waiting decision on teir 2.

Hi manci,
My employers liscense got revoked n my visa was curtailed to end of may. I applied new visa change of employment with new sponsor on mid april but have not got a decision yet. Can i continue working with previous employer till i get my new decision.

No, you cannot work beyond the curtailment date. You will have to wait until your new visa is granted before you start work with your new employer.

Visa expiry date is not same as visa curtailment date. They are two different things. Revokation is an extreme step and logic says that you cannot continue working with them. Hence, you are given 60 days to find another sponsor. What you mentioned below is fine if you are applying for an extension visa with the same organisation. You can continue working as long as a decision is made. I don't think this will hold good in your case.

Thanks for ur advice, i am applying for another company and i think i better not work as 9 weeks have already passed and i have not received decidion yet and they send me a letter saying my case is complex. Do you have any idea how long do they take after sending a lettter saying the case is complex.
