Changing Jobs, Job Start Date Issue

I am on Tier-2 General visa waiting for a CoS allocation from my new prospective employer to switch jobs.

The job start is September 01, 2015. If I get a CoS allocated, lets say, next week, and apply for the same day visa and get it on lets say 01 July, will there be any issues with me staying in UK from July 01 till September 01?
