Uk Visitor Visa-Moved to ireland..Effect on the sponser

Hi folks,

I am asking this question on behalf of someone.

If someone come here on family visitor visa and then go to the Ireland by road and apply for the family permit there...So what will be happen after the expiry of his 6 months family visitor visa though he has got the FP within 6 months in Ireland..

Will UKBA will consider him over stayer and how will it effect on his British sponsor.

Please guide.
