What is considered a Proof of Address for EEA permit, Settled Status

Hi there!

We are currently applying for a EEA family member permit through the Surinder Singh pathway.

It asks for proof of address. Is a tenancy agreement okay, if we have our landlord notarise it? Or do we need something else?
