EEA House benefit and NON EEA ror

Hi All,

I am going to send my application for retained right of residence very soon after receiving my decree absolute.

my wife (we are processing divorce) is a part time worker BUT she has a house benefit with her baby from her boyfriend

Will that affect my application ? or it will count as she is a qualified person still ?

and is there anything i can do ? and if she stops now and i pay the rent ? will it help !!!
